Everything is not good like company' culture, company senior managers and here is not any person,who is take care of employees problems. As a girl I am joining just 2-3 month ago but I will be living soon due to they don't have any good bussiness for further. Also they are fooling people in name of startup. Company culture and management. The founders talk very unprofessionally and verbally abuse us. Managers play heavy politics among their team members only I would say think before you invest your time or money here because these people are not the ones you should do business with.
