Dislikes

Delayed in salary processing. No timeline and Guidelines getting followed up properly. Management team is very poor, behavior is like Lala company. Commitments does not get fullfilled as per timeline.

Nothing other then weekends were off.

Too much work pressure there is no balance In work and personal life. You have to always work for extra hours daily. They don't give salary on time there is no scope of growth in salary and postion both.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
