We appreciate that you like the timely salary processing. Fair and timely compensation is important to us. Our average appraisal rates have been higher than the industry average for the last 3 years. All appraisal cycles are performance-based, and increments are done based on the achievement of SMART goals set beforehand after a mutual agreement between the team member and their reporting manager. However, if you feel that your appraisal was not as per your expectations/achievements, we recommend that you speak with HR for further clarification.
