Good Company to work, all rewards come on time, Good incentive plan, I saw some negative reviews about worklife balance but nothing like it is 6 days a week culture and as per HR policies leaves also will be provided, happy to work , some college freshers will join just for timepass & the moment they can't do business they will start blaming but good transparent work environment, recently I saw a incident recently one of the employee didn't achieve a target for continously for 5 months so he is eligible for PIP but he decided to resign and writing some fake reviews,...Read More

I am working as sales associate in proptimes & I have surprised to see Some of the negative reviews on few topics, Just to clarify we get salary ontime, we get incentives ontime if we are eligible & we don't work on all 7 days, Some of the public holidays we need to work due to clients meetings but we can take comp off for this any day..+ we also have Few monthly leaves which we can utilise when ever in need..Some of the reviews are posted by 1-2 Employees who left company due to non performance & they are asking friends to write negative fake reviews but nothing like the way they written review...Read More

Very worst company. They will change the incentives plan according to situation. They will torcher you to work all days no work life balance.
