Work-Life balance is nil. Management forces you to work at midnight to give support even after working for the whole day. No one is care about employees' mental health. Resources are very less. Everything needs to be done on an urgent basis. Everyone knows what are the problems facing in a product but at the time of discussion they said why don't you correct that thing, but they don't even bother to allow time for that. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
