No Work-life balance, As all are US clients all employees have to work till late at night as agreed by some onsite managers. No proper career growth plan. Salary increments is very poor.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
