The shift time was good, though I supported UK teams, I used to work in 9AM to 6PM shift only. That made me comfortable throughout my experience and you can make good friends.

Dislikes

There are no learning opportunities at all and all the teams are occupied with a lot of work, there will not be any back up as such if someone goes on a leave. You only end up working a lot all the time. No company sponsored team dinners/lunches, and you rarely talk to other teams, as a result, you wouldn't understand what all the other teams are doing. They will celebrate the annual day at a resort where awards will be given to best performers, that's the best part of all....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
