Very first thing that they will keep a signed check from you with a two months of salary on it. So, if you leave without serving full notice they will encash back the amount. Compensation is less than average. Better for carrier starting person who just want to experiment his skills or challenge himself for better role. But that will make you compensate with your compensation later in your carrier beacause you will get salary hike based on your last drawn salary. No training will be there for you. You are not going to ask for appraisal otherwise you can move to other company you are free to go. Hold the appraisal upto 9 months. No bonus or even sona papadi on diwali

If you have any issue and you want to talk to HR then they will not respond, and you will try again and again but they will not respond, they have much attitude, TL and Managers will not support you on any issue, lot of issues to take leave.Company not provide bonus or any type of gift on any festival.
