Progressive Infotech's management dictates operations, leaving HR as mere puppets. Exploitative practices towards freshers, including abrupt notices and laptop issues, mar the company's reputation. Offering FNF upon cash payment is unacceptable.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
