The company was established late 1960s grown in very short period with the intrest of the founder chairman, as he was student of REC warangal. The chairman insists the people of his friends and relatives in his business to look after him. The mistake was that he keep believing on their friends and relatives, so that the companies grouth graph fell down completely. It is my openion that don't keep believe in friends and relatives in business. The business is always growing with the suitable staff for respective positions. I am very much thankful to the management that they are given to me the opportunity to work. And my services is still continuing. My suggestion to the management that we have very much careful when the ship is sailing in the sea, if any damage happens in the middle of the sailing in the sea no one cannot save the ship.
