Nothing to like about this company. Just gaining good ratings by asking every employee & every client.

Everything!! Be it behaviour with employee , be it culture etc etc. Salary OMG what’s that, they think employees are doing charity for their company, salary credits once after 2-3 months. No bonus, & they give excuse of no sales of the month. I mean how long to operate like this?

Abusive, Oppressive work culture deliberately fostered by the CEO and the COO…their behaviour is much like the screaming HDFC and Bajaj Finserv Managers whose videos are currently going viral on the web. It might be understandable because the CEO himself comes from the financial services sector.

Designation you'll get high and Salary will be as per your negotiation. Hence there won't be any dissatisfaction while you appear for interview and be sure joining will be asked from the very next day of your interview visit, as the show begins from there.

The Management : Who claim themselves as super intelligent. People working under them are supposed to be illiterate who learn because of them. Want to become like any renowned MNC, while meetings you have to tolerate his smoking whether you like it or not in his cabin and slang languages. Need to work for almost 10-11 hours everyday, no matter you complete the work but when you leave make sure to get demeaned. Audit management Team are another ones who would always be given priority whether they're doing right or wrong & most importantly be prepared to receive present month's salary after every 2-3 months. What I like? Just Nothing. This company is just bulshit.

In my 1 year working period, this company was my nightmare. Salary was late by 3-6 months. No reimbursement of Travel Expenses. Only miss-commitment. Management is doing party, getting married with huge lights & sounds spending cores, only at the time of Salary payment they don't have enough money. Management should be ashamed on them. Staying in 10 core high rise building they are failing to pay salary to employees. They should relocate in the slum beside e m by pass. Everything they need in punctual manner but at the time of salary payment, they don't get any business. This is a total fraud company. I strongly recommend not to join this company. This is not a company its a dukan. Also don't believe in their written appointment letter. Huge commitments are there. But they will not fulfil a single commitment. After joining this company, you will be so poor that you will not be able to file a legal claim. But they have money. They can file legal case if you do any nuisance. They have already filed false legal cases against some employees who brutally claimed their salary. If you are still joining after going through my comment, please beware from their appointment letter. Worst company. With no work culture. Donot provide proper documents. Even the joining letters are wrong. They dont have any process in running their company. An absolute fraud management team, ruining employees' career.

Worst company. Have no rules and policies in place. Offer letter and appointment letter are complete wrong. The fraud management team is there to screw up employees' career.
