Good work life balance. Always an opportunity to learn new skills and tools which is good for personal and professional growth. Good health insurance policy for all employees. So far, I haven't faced any issue with management, HR or with any employee of company. And I haven't seen any dirty politics like in other companies. Salary is always credited on time. Very flexible working hours. M anagement, seniors and colleagues are always there to help if you get stuck with work. You can choose to work from home or office. - No culture what's so ever. - HR hires you in without letting you know about full CTC breakdown, there is no flexibility in CTC breakdown for epf, e-nps & more, they deduct gratuity from your ctc which is more than epf . - Salary is disbursed on 7th - They use employee tracking software called Time Doctor 2 , which records your mou se , keyboard & screenshots . Irrespective of work quality you will be forced to do >= 8hrs or else you will called out daily . - Alot of internal micro management & you will blamed for not completing on time. - N+1 timesheets log each hour in excel what you do + Project time sheet - You will be thrown in multiple projects at once with tight deadlines. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> - Flexible timing is non existent</mark>....Read More

1. Time flexibility is one thing which makes to work here .

1. Time doctor software to track your daily 8 hours work whether you complete your work in 4-5 hours still you have to sit infront of your system to just log 8 hours . That's quite weird . 2 . Not any individual growth . Manager never focus on individual growth , for them employee are not assets , they are just money making machines . 3. No training program to upgrade skills for employees. 4. HR team is just for passing information. They never have any cultural and fun activities for teams for refreshments. 5. You will feel lost or cut off as no one ask about you , neither manager have ever one to one nor HR team will take care of you . 6. They didn't give chance to deserving candidates so that they can leave after learning . 7. 3 months notice period and weird HR policy , if you leave in between, you would not be paid your variable amount or incremented salary . 8. There are too many others but I don't have more time to type , so you can judge now ....Read More

This company is helping all employees in working from home even allowed all employees to go to home town and work from there. They have given us all facility and help in working from home including flexible working hours so that we can spend time with family as well.
