- They use TimeDoctor to check your screen time. And it should be 8 hrs/day to mark your attendance. Sort of a micro management. - I left the organisation with in a month of joining using proper resignation process. But they charged me 1.5 lac as a training cost. Amount was absurd. There was no such training.

They have no written policies, so senior management does whatever they want. They can tell you to stop WFH and move to a different city in one weekend time. They don't even pay travel allowance.
