They have some good projects. WFH in some cases.

Dislikes

They have no written policies, so senior management does whatever they want. They can tell you to stop WFH and move to a different city in one weekend time. They don't even pay travel allowance. They hold your salary and deny joining bonus without any notice. They try to emotionally blackmail you. Pathetic management. They track and record employee's screens.

This company is helping all employees in working from home even allowed all employees to go to home town and work from there. They have given us all facility and help in working from home including flexible working hours so that we can spend time with family as well.

Dislikes

There are no such negative but as there is always a scope of improvement .

I am working as Senior RPG developer from last 1 year. Most of employees are very technical and professional so learning a lot from them.
