I don't find anything attractive in the company.

Dislikes

They don't value your work. When they run out of projects they call around 20 employee and ask them to relieve from the company. They give false promises. Hike was 0 percent even after 1.5 years.So I decided to apply for other companies. I also got an offer of 17.5L in other company, the very next moment i got call from everyone including CEO, they did not want me to relieve as they needed me. So they promised me to give 18LPA, also pleaded me to decline the offer<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. After a month i received the revised offer stating that 13LPA (Previously 12 LPA) +5LPA(annual bonus out of which i received 40,000 at the end of the year)</mark>. Pending salaries....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
