I don't find anything attractive in the company.

Dislikes

They don't value your work. When they run out of projects they call around 20 employee and ask them to relieve from the company. They give false promises. Hike was 0 percent even after 1.5 years.So I decided to apply for other companies. I also got an offer of 17.5L in other company, the very next moment i got call from everyone including CEO, they did not want me to relieve as they needed me. So they promised me to give 18LPA, also pleaded me to decline the offer. After a month i received the revised offer stating that 13LPA (Previously 12 LPA) +5LPA(annual bonus out of which i received 40,000 at the end of the year). Pending salaries....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
