The company has A/V, EPBAX, Data, Security and other various clients. The manpower required to do these various onsite work is average. Along with AMC, new projects are also for installation & commissioning. A lot of travel is required and there is always room to learn something new. A lot of work hours is spent in travelling and you have to manage your tickets. This on several occasions is very hectic and causes a lot of trouble. Training is also a part where the organization has to take a bold step and make some more efforts. Else every thing is good.

I had worked with progility for 3 years as a service engineer.overall good company.Company is best for freshers those who have started their carrier in communication field.you can learn here AV system (mcu,rmx),epabx system, networking.But appraisal is not good.

Dislikes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

it's good platform to learn and improve ur skills by the help of senior staffs and make ur carrier better. and only permanent employees are eligible for company benefits like increments and helth insurance and loans etc contract peoples are not eligible for that offers that is majar disadvantag. One more thing please give to opportunities for freshers. And give the opportunitys to freshers talented people thay only make and better results in future. And one more thing I have faced real time permanent and non permanent employees are lots of different between them.
