I've had a disappointing experience with the management and overall company culture here. The most frustrating issue has been the lack of career growth opportunities. Despite consistently meeting targets and performing well, appraisals are either delayed or not given at all. This has left many employees feeling undervalued and demotivated. Additionally, the decision to mandate a full return to the office, despite the ongoing trend of flexible working arrangements in many industries, feels out of touch with employee needs. The company has failed to recognize the benefits of remote work and continues to impose unnecessary office presence, which adds stress and reduces productivity for many. On top of that, the manual nature of the projects I’m working on is outdated, and there’s little focus on adopting modern, more efficient tools and technology. This makes the work feel tedious and inefficient. Overall, there’s a lack of support and vision from the top down. The focus is more on micromanagement rather than empowering employees or fostering a positive and forward-thinking work environment. I hope the company can make improvements in these areas, but for now, I would not recommend working here....Read More

This is the worst company. It's a hiring firing company. They will hire you for a project if that project over they will ask you to resign. Hike they never give in 3 years one time hike of 3% was given. Their is no learning. They are loosing all clients and unable to get any new client. Please don't join this company they will show you lots of dreams when hiring after you join you never know when they fire you. Poor HR department. They do not care about employees. They will make new rules which will make employees go mad. Cafeteria has limited options and only veg. Management ppl were not winning any projects, Many ppl are in bench and eventually laid off.
