The working space, companies environment, seniors behaviour towards the staff, the flexibility of time which helps to maintain a work-life balance. On the other hand, the goal oriented leadership , fair payment according to job position and last but not the least is challenging work according to employees interests.

Dislikes

I enjoyed my last job position,but one area that my last employer could improve is employee retention. We've had high turnover and i can feel the whole team's mood dip when we receive an email that yet another person has left.otherwise, it's a great office environment and I've enjoyed all the projects, tasks and work.

I didn't get any option for my promotion despite of my professional eligibility & experiences of working in various geographical locations in west Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & eastern UP. Neither I got my job transfer in my preferred location like west Bengal despite of several persuasion!

Company is good but the Cluster Head Arushi Chaturvedi & ZSM Satish Verma & KAM Ilyas Shaikh are bad people, they are defaulters & tell ground level people tonoay adjustments for sales target by blackmailing to remove from Company. Actually such people should be squeezed because they are not eligible for this work & bad hearted people.
