It was good when I joined but after some year company moved the management back to their countries. When overall management came in our plant from India then culture fall. Promotion depends on relationships. before foreign management promotes

I didn't get any option for my promotion despite of my professional eligibility & experiences of working in various geographical locations in west Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & eastern UP. Neither I got my job transfer in my preferred location like west Bengal despite of several persuasion!

Company is good but the Cluster Head Arushi Chaturvedi & ZSM Satish Verma & KAM Ilyas Shaikh are bad people, they are defaulters & tell ground level people tonoay adjustments for sales target by blackmailing to remove from Company. Actually such people should be squeezed because they are not eligible for this work & bad hearted people.
