I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Company is good but the Cluster Head Arushi Chaturvedi & ZSM Satish Verma & KAM Ilyas Shaikh are bad people, they are defaulters & tell ground level people tonoay adjustments for sales target by blackmailing to remove from Company. Actually such people should be squeezed because they are not eligible for this work & bad hearted people.
