Proctor and gamble is one of the most popular company in the world with biggest brand and sub- brand products but in this company distributer is very dump and whose employees work on distributer pay roll like (Amazon and in Noida VTC (Verma tradewing company) so that employees are very frustrating about her salary or distribution problem if any sales person taken order with any party so distributer management creat many type of problem for distribution they will told the sales person taken approvel from the management....... I have many types of issue about distributer management but what should i will do about it ....my humbly request to the company top management please visit your distributer and see in your eyes what they are doing because if you have not taken action at you distributer management so it will creat many problems.
