I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I work on parle client than I work on dairy farm packaging n all other collateral than work with Seth's.i like to be work with procreate advertising agency.and I learn illstrator software overs there.
