I loved the people at Procode. Even though job security was a question to carry as it was a start up, I really loved the management and other employees at Procode.

Dislikes

There was very less benefits, apart from this I used to travel 40 Kms to office only one way without any special allowance.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is very helpful and transparent. In this company gaming arcade for chilling. Good experience for freshers also.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
