Dislikes

Benefits are limited and the take-home salary needs some revision. However in the long term these should be addressable as the company grows

Nothing. It is a small scale firm which treats analysts as brainless robots which are meant to work tirelessly. No good hike. Freshers should not join the company if looking for a stable and structured work culture. Freshers who have joined just 2 days back were made to spend late nights to deliver the projects.

Everything. Senior people are all Ex-ZS. They know nothing about structured work. Asslicking is the way to get promoted. Senior Leadership just want to deliver the project as soon as possible neglecting well being of employees. The culture also does not respect peoples time outside of work hours or their paid annual leave. I had senior leaders ask for work to be done late in the evening and at weekends without hesitation. I spent plenty of time on calls in the evening, sometimes until after 10 pm. Their USP is overpromising with unrealistic timelines, thus making life of employees a hell. They already know that their work culture is at that worst level so employees will leave the company soon, therefore they don't care about work life balance of the employees. There is a useless side of desk work policy of contributing to Startup by taking part in initiatives, which they rate higher than your actual project work. Almost forget work-life balance, pay is decent/ at par-with industry standards-maybe a notch down but definitely not up for the amt of working hours you put in.
