-I like the level of opportunities the organization is providing. Having worked at multiple organizations before I can surely relate and say that this is one of the best learning platform that I have seen. - The culture is very collaborative and everyone is extremely helpful. - Meritocratic culture rewards performance rather than relationships/tenure

Dislikes

- I wouldn't say dislike, but the work is challenging. The other side of the argument is that you wouldn't grow as much if you don't get challenging work.

Leadership is very supportive and empathetic. They work on the feedback provided. Recently there was an addition of Travel allowance component-companywide. Work time flexibility Learning and training is a bi-weekly tradition Early promotions & appraisals happen twice a year

Dislikes

Food- not bad but scope of improvement is there. May be we can have a choice to avail it or not in lieu of cash as otherwise this is was of our hard earned money.

1. Poor management and zero transparency. 2. Absolutely no employee friendly policies. HR creates/ amends policies based on their discretion. 3. Feedback from employees are not taken seriously at all. 4. A lot of manager training is needed at EL+ level as they do not know how to build and run a team. Highly unprofessional attitude 5. No vision for product and product team from management.

A major revamp is required in HR Leadership, (non-recruitment) someone is required who is more empathetic, polite and non egoistic, and does not micromanage their employees. ZS Hr leadership is way better in terms of everything

Poor project management. Gurgaon analytics Senior leads should value other peoples time as well. Making them wait outside your cabin all the time is not a good leadership. Too much micro management. Talks to your team members about tasklist and all behind you. Never seen such actions by any leaders.

It's a great place to work. You have the freedom to think critically and experiment with new ideas and ways of working. I'm learning a lot about the nuances of selling projects.

Dislikes

Benefits are limited and the take-home salary needs some revision. However in the long term these should be addressable as the company grows
