Everything ,from management to work culture ,donot really know what they actually want to do. They want everything to be done by a single person juggle the role of finance,hr ,admin , recruitment, desktop data entry , executive assistant, marketing . Very less project ,with that also they have no idea what to do . It is preferable not to join this kind of companies who has no work ethics set for them. No stringent leave policy....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
