There are very few people who actually help you learn. Consider yourself lucky if you get a good mentor. Apart from getting a mentor, there is nothing good in working at a private clinic

Dislikes

1. Working on percentage basis in a private dental clinic is a scam. All old patients will want the senior dentist to work on them. 2. The payment offered is miserable. On an average a dentist working at a private clinic will be offered nothing more than 15000. After putting in so many years in education and practice and so much money into this course, a lifetime would be less to get returns out of it. 3.
