Frauds with patients for sale worst company to believe for treatment. As an employee i suffered alot forced me to immediate resign . Misbehave by manager by dr.Vaibhav by Harriman. Using slang with employee is common and if you complaint against it they will make you resign.

To much Politics, Colleagues try to steal your credit ,Sometimes you will feel like you are the most stupid person sitting in company , Something you will be the most brilliant, Doesn't matter how good you have delivered a task ,Managers will never appreciate you ,only the older employees.Hrs will make false statement about salary and appraisals.

They just hire and fire stating lay offs , they hired people in January and lay off whole team without prior intimation it's an mental harassment for the one's who joined and lost job within a month due to which they are suffering to get a new job too their appraisal effected as well as mental health

The hustle, the challenges, the variety of people working in. The young and talented pool working towards a common goal Salary on time. Appraisals are okay ish. Provides 1 meal. Lot of cultural diversity so celebrations of a lot of festivals.

The targets are set on a whim. I t could be even more or could be lower too. There has to be explanations for the deadlines. Unrealistic expectations are not ok. Aggressive deadlines and hustle is OK but not at the cost of hurting the business itself. Priorities are changed overnight. Founder should go to the ground to understand challenges.
