Staff colleagues are supportive for on payroll as well as off payroll. But there is a partiality in system for off payroll candidates. They are not considered for promotion and always neglected. Whereas on payroll staff given promotion on time to time basis. HR is worst. Don't have talking manners and are always misbehaving and rude when asked for promotion.

Dislikes

HR should learn some manners. She should be taught how to behave ,how to talk. There are creating partiality on their level. Unnecessarily hold payment of. Off payroll staff. Worst HR. They are not considering off payroll staff for promotion.
