Prione is one of the employee centric org.with rich culture by following Amazon footsteps. The company pay well across level but more in leadership roles.

Dislikes

As compared to Amazon, growth is a bit slow and scope is also limited

Work Details

I am a people manager and have grown from low herirarchy and if someone manages the work well then 4-5 hours/day for 5 days a week is sufficient to meet goals.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
