The thing I like the most about Principal was the work life balance. No late night stays, no shifts. One can take leaves easily and enjoy their time. Compensation is moderate as per market standards.

Dislikes

The Managers in Principal are the real kings. They think they make career of their employees. No clear agendas. They take decisions on their will. So if you have a bad repo with your manager, you have no way other than leaving the company sooner or later. No parity in skills as well. If you working on some outdated skills you will dealt as a burden on the company. No work from home, no onsite and still a lot of cheap politics. Work Details

My work was related to maintenance and enhancement of their products. It was bit challenging due to their limited documentation and minimal help from peers. Reckless changing requirements and expectations nearly creating a spaceship.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
