Work friendly environment. Supporting management and collegues. Emotional, physical, financial, all sorts of problems are handled on board. Princess has given 1 month compensation while on board during quarantine days of covid 19 as many of them were under mental and emotional turmoil. We were given clean spacious rooms, enough variety of meals, regular health checkups , and proper sign off to our home countries. No good working environment and culture staff care is not taken proper by the management ,extra working hours duty without any overtime pay pathetic kind of care taken by the supervisor

Extra hours shift without pay there is no good bound between supervisor n stewards the use to give hard work like we are not human they use to treat us like donkey

First contract and I got kidney stone within 3 months on board but company doctors send me for all checkup at Perth Australia and after suggested me to go home.. Company paid all the expenses and also the salary for more than 3 months while I was in India in 2015. Great company to work for....Read More

I haven't got my joining date yet it's been 9 months now I'm at home, but when I was on the ship I like my place of work my team mates n the work environment is very good.

Princess needs to work on salary of the crew, every one should get equal salary and not on the nationality .... As we all working on the same ship the position may be same but salary should be equal fr all the nationality people
