I didn't get any kind of support from my company bcz I have signed my 2nd contract but due to covd19 my y was cancelled ,but from the company or from my agencies I didn't get any kind of help ..

I just want to suggest one thing about promotion after finished one or two contracts There should be start training for a department like dining steward, bar steward or etc. for those who are interested

It was terrible 4 years of experience on princess cruises as I use to work as galley steward ships which goes to usa were terrible life for us v have to do deep cleaning everyday supervisors use to give lot of hard time totally had a hell of a life in my four contracts

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
