Despite of giving very less salaries, WiFi or Current bill amount was not provided by the company to work from home. We have to pay everything from our hand. It's been one year we have been waiting for the appraisal which was cancelled this year and no information about it if that is going to happen or not We cannot expect any Incentives. Managers are rude , no job security. TL Anirudh Nari Shetty is rude with poor mannerisms. I was working from Got the GEM award for the performance. John Vinod called me to come to office suddenly when my wife was on 9th of pregnancy. I requested a lot explaining the situation, I came to office to save my jobs, again went home as she got severe abdominal pain . Again I had to go. Coming to Hyderabad flight ticket was 18000 , again going to my native place 11000, after 17th days of delivery again coming back to Hyderabad flight fare was 9000 . HOW much one can spent. These wise fellow was not understanding or don't bother. Came to office again, after few days. They kicked me out stating no work load. If there is no work load why they called me at eleventh hour??? I spent almost 50000 coming and going. I requested to HR to compensate but disagreed. What made them to harassed me like this. They ruined my career, Bethel , Anirudh Narishetty , John vinod are goons in PrimEra, if you work under them your life will be hell and you will curse them like anything. Despite I gave 100 percent quality and production they kicked me out. There was one employee from Chennai John vinod didn't kicked him out. Because John vinod is also from Chennai . They could have told me before coming to Hyderabad about no inventory, no work load. I could have saved 50000 rupees which I spent on traveling from Assam to Hyderabad, Hyderabad to Assam. But no want me to spend and then kick out from Jobs. The way I suffer and critical situation I faced and went through. This will hit back you. Guys do not join PrimEra there are multiple companies who will give you better work culture and job security. Do not work under goons like them....Read More
