Likes

Teammates are cooperative and there is good work environment. Company used to give product related training on regular basis .Job also has good security.Appraisal and growth depends on how much employee is able to influence manager and director with their work.

Dislikes

Only thing that irritate is high level of work pressure and multiple work assignment at the same time.Otherwise company is very good to start career.

Work Details

Enjoyed the work and culture.Manager and higher authority used to monitor the work closely with employee that's why able to develop good impression and hence my work used to be rewarded also.As I joined as fresher in Prime Focus there was a lot to learn.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
