I had fun working at Prime Focus Technologies (PFT) since I joined the company because I was good at writing the content they provided. I had a good record amongst the senior excellent writers and gave my best to achieve success in what I did for the company.
I absolutely hated the senior members of the board for not being communicative, especially the guy, Gajendra Singh, who was or still might be in the team lead. He has no clue how to work with a team and is a disgusting, fat fellow who can't even write. Some other team leaders also had no sense on how to control and lead a team.

I loved the stress free work culture and how everyone cares for the other in the work place and recognise your efforts and help you develop from your mistakes!
Nothing that I dislike actually. But the time taken for full n final settlement when you resign is being reported as 60-75 days, but I guess this reaches the employee sooner!

Actually nothing. Its just that the work environment is very casual and you dont feel that you are in office. You get to watch nice series and movies.
No learning. The management is biased towards south indians. No standard work procedure. You enter as content writer but can end up editing videos and cataloguing files or tagging.

I worked at the company for several years, but the experience has progressively worsened under the current leadership, particularly CEO Ramki Sankanarayanan. His decisions seem to be based solely on personal preference, with no real vision for the company’s future or betterment. Ramki does what he wants without any consideration forthe long-term goals or the industry’s rapidly evolving technology. His direct reports are equally out of touch (the "YES" gang) —bad managers who are more focused on securing their positions than fostering innovation or growth in the company. If you're someone who is technically skilled and passionate about the Media & Entertainment industry, you will find no growth here. Ramki and his leadership team have created an environment where deserving employees are sidelined and career assassinated and opportunities for advancement are nonexistent. They’ve even resorted to paying employees to post positive reviews on social media platforms such as Glassdoor, Happy place to work and various others, which is utterly disingenuous. It’s frustrating to see such blatant mismanagement, and it’s clear Ramki is not suited for his role. In addition, we, a group of long-serving employees, have witnessed severe issues within our department under one of the female head of Digital Media Services and Content Localization. Her leadership is characterized by favoritism, self-serving decisions, and a lack of strategic vision. Talented and competent employees are often left feeling insecure and unsupported, especially with her micromanagement style and disconnection from the actual on-ground realities. Despite working in the Media & Entertainment industry, she seems uninterested in updating her knowledge or embracing new technologies, leaving us behind competitors. To add to this, unethical practices such as misuse of company resources, conflicts of interest in outsourcing, and selective increments for her personal favorites have been rampant under her watch. Her decisions, such as hiring inexperienced individuals for leadership roles, only highlight her inability to strategically think for the future of the department and the company. Her proximity to the CEO has shielded her from accountability, which has damaged morale and compromised the company's success. There is nothing to like about this company
There are lot of malpractices going on within the company. The top management have created company on their relatives and friends name and giving the projects to them, in turn they are sharing the profit. There are layoffs but the top management's relatives are not touched even though they do not have relevant experience. HR is aware about these practices but also taking a cut internally.

The Current Senior Manager from 2023-2024, a female is completely toxic. There are a lot of politics within the Inside Sales Department. The manager will talk negative about the team members and expect the person in her team to behave that way. Many people from other team also join her in talking behind back. During Induction, she was least interested to introduce to other team members & they too because of her toxic attitude were not so happy to entertain her.
