The Company had a great team and was very delightful to work with them and a lot of progress was made to guest satisfaction.

Dislikes

Re numeration was average compared to the long hours of work, they would go to 12 hrs plus, training was minimal at senior level and growth simultaneously. my suggestions on how to improve the revenues would be tabled but never materialized and no appreciation was given on improvements done.

Work Details

Work was very challenging as the location had three units with 2 km. radius in one region and this brought internal competition and support from the employers was little or none at all.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
