Shift timings, leave policy, safety of employees.

Dislikes

Salary is credited very late, one works more that 1.5 months to get salary of 1 month. Company lacks empathy towards employees & sometimes makes them work 2 shifts back to back without compensating for it.

The worst support from upper management as well as from logistic department. From first day they just give you all type of pressure without providing any system or domain as well as they also don't support new employees and deduct their salaries and also don't credit the employee's salary after more than 1 and half month. After receiving payments from customer our logistic department do not deliver to customer....Read More

Upper management give only pressure and don't supports as well as logistic facilities is not satisfactory even salary also get credited after 45 days or more.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
