Dislikes

Salary is credited very late, one works more that 1.5 months to get salary of 1 month. Company lacks empathy towards employees & sometimes makes them work 2 shifts back to back without compensating for it.

The worst support from upper management as well as from logistic department. From first day they just give you all type of pressure without providing any system or domain as well as they also don't support new employees and deduct their salaries and also don't credit the employee's salary after more than 1 and half month. After receiving payments from customer our logistic department do not deliver to customer.

Dislikes

Upper management give only pressure and don't supports as well as logistic facilities is not satisfactory even salary also get credited after 45 days or more.

Nothing to like about parag. it's Pride of Cows division is worthless.

Dislikes

No proper policy, no HR policy, no crm team, you need to do everything on your own, even after that you don't have any job security. Being unemployed is better than having this job. Sorry but this is true.
