Salary is credited very late, one works more that 1.5 months to get salary of 1 month. Company lacks empathy towards employees & sometimes makes them work 2 shifts back to back without compensating for it.

There is no job security, there is lot of office politics and zero hr policy. There is no friendly environment not having any working culture, even salary cycle does not fix and even hr manager don't know when will be salary will credit. The upper management will give fake committement to employee i.e about incentive and promotion there are lying to employee about this. The worst support from upper management as well as from logistic department. From first day they just give you all type of pressure without providing any system or domain as well as they also don't support new employees and deduct their salaries and also don't credit the employee's salary after more than 1 and half month. After receiving payments from customer our logistic department do not deliver to customer....Read More

Upper management give only pressure and don't supports as well as logistic facilities is not satisfactory even salary also get credited after 45 days or more.
