If you are fresher or new one in automobile industry then is there have lots of think to grasping. lots of think to learning. But zero job security. No increment have be done in last two years.

Dislikes

Pricol not supporting to any working member while doing work.

Work Details

I am feeling happy while doing work at pricol. Lots of think i have learning from here. But company policy is very poor.Working culture is not so good.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
