Salary Comes on 7th night and sometimes 8th. No professionalism. No hierarchical system. Owners listen more to casual worker. They have spies everywhere in company. Cameras everywhere. No insurance for officers. No AC, no fridge in canteen. No safety protocol. Non technical persons in management. No company vehicle. No parking facility.

It gave me many opportunities to learn new things... Gave me exposure.. directly meetings with the clients in the very beginning...that help me alot to develop my skills

There is no hierarchy in the management..though I am nothing to judge the management...but it causes confusion in making decisions... secondly there was no scope of promotion particularly in my department.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
