Prestress steel llp is leading manufacturers of quality products of black wire of ms and high carbon, PC wires, GI wires... I like the employee re-hire policy here..

Dislikes

In this organization working pressure is more than more. I have to work 15-20 hrs in each and every 2 or 3 days interval ,due to absence of reliever... There is no reliever for night shift...otherwise company profile is very good.

The company is good and have a happy environment, the employees are very friendly in nature and supportive.

Dislikes

Actually it's not about dislike, if you're working with any firm than their must be work load and pressure, so little work load and pressure are common as because these things you'll face whether you work for MNC or any organizations..
