The work culture is great here. They maintain a balance between the work pressure and learning. I really liked the way they constantly think about our growth and improvement. The Increment structure is well established and is not at all in the hands of any senior authority. They use a PMS system for the same. It's your performance which will bring benefits to you.

Dislikes

The cleaning staff is a bit lazy at work and also the interactions between the MD and team has to be more so that everybody could understand their requirements and work upon it.
