There are a large number of officials who have been working here for last a long period. Despite being transferable posts, they have been posted in the same office. Such officials are making this department vulnerable of malpractices and misuse of their official positions in terms of money making and misusing office vehicle etc. Such officials are believed to have connection with top bureaucrats and Ministry officials.
