Witking in UNI has been a highly challenging and equally satisfying experience. I have evolved every day abd learnt the nuances of editing, under the able guidance of my seniors.

Some non-professional persons pressurising the editorial to move some non-descript copies

As I'm part of the editorial team, my work involves giving a thorough reading to the copy, checking for grammatical mistakes and factual errors, while giving it a suitable headline and putting it in the inverted pyramid style

Company UNI is big organization but it is in wrong hands. Scam take placed. No job security, mantle disturbances by management, pending salary of about 26 months, pending EPF since 2012. You can decide your self for working in UNI.

Dislikes

Employees loosing their gratuity, EPF, bonuses and getting half salary in a month .

I worked for improve company growth by providing good services through software's. But one man can't do such progress without team, and team work is not there. I developed 80% work through my software. I enjoyed working to show my limitations.

Dislikes

Nothing at all. Only that UNI suffered Financial losses as its subscribers betrayed it. Government should have come to rescue India's prominent News Agency, which unfortunately they did not do.
