The starting months in the company were good as the work was new. But as the time passed, the pressure was created as if there is no life for the employee. strongly recommend not to join the company, bond period is 15 months. saturdays can be working and would not be paid. For leaves you actually have to beg, despite the fact they are your credited leaves
