The starting months in the company were good as the work was new. But as the time passed, the pressure was created as if there is no life for the employee. An employee has to come to office at time, but there is no time when he / she would leave. There has been micro management at every level, not using LinkedIn, and people peeking into computers. Discussion with higher authorities has always been on the basis of how we dress, when we go and come.. but never on what we deliver. People here are least concerned about the personal life of the employee....Read More

strongly recommend not to join the company, bond period is 15 months. saturdays can be working and would not be paid. For leaves you actually have to beg, despite the fact they are your credited leaves
