Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are supported but management not supported company policy are so bad, appraisals are always pending. No bonus only terminate the workers.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
