It used to be an amazing organisation under the leadership of old members like Vitul Sir, Anuj Sachdeva, Nibha HR, Rishab, Deepanshu etc. Staff was listened to and encouraged. Culture was amazing. There were lay offs but everything was managed happily and smoothly. Nibha maam and culture was always helpful and helped us in grow.

Senior leadership has left almost, all old leaders good people have left. knowledge and right decision making has also gone out of window. HR used to listen. and now bunch of juniors who are not even MBA HR trying to be Unacademys puppets. Ayushi comes as if she owns the company just for 2 hours, anuj was so nice to us. nobody listens. no work life balance. they just take their own appraisals.
